<div><p>Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine is seeking a driven, personable, and highly organized Customer Service<b> </b>Representative to join the customer service team in our Business Development Center. In this role, you will support both our Sales and Service departments, helping create the kind of &ldquo;Wow-Ya!&rdquo; experience that sets us apart.</p> <h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b> Responsibilities:</b></h3> <ul><li>Answer inbound sales and service calls and respond to internet inquiries in a prompt, professional manner</li> <li> <p>Make outbound follow-up calls to sales leads generated from marketing campaigns, online platforms, and past showroom traffic</p> </li> <li><p>Contact customers regarding service reminders, declined services, and maintenance follow-ups</p> </li> <li><p>Schedule and confirm sales appointments and service appointments</p> </li> <li><p>Accurately input and manage customer data within the CRM and service scheduling systems</p> </li> <li><p>Communicate with both sales and service teams to ensure a smooth handoff and positive customer experience</p> </li> <li><p>Follow up with no-show appointments, unsold sales leads, and prior customers for upgrade or service opportunities</p> </li> <li><p>Engage with customers via phone, email, text, and chat in a timely and friendly manner</p> </li> <li><p>Track daily activity, appointment setting, and conversions to meet individual and team goals</p> </li> <li><p>Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction while representing the Beaver Toyota brand</p></li></ul><br> <p> </p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h3> <ul> <li><p>Ability to pass a pre-employment background check</p> </li> <li><p>Previous BDC, call center, or dealership experience preferred (especially in sales)</p> </li> <li>Experience with Reynolds &amp; Reynolds DMS is a plus</li> <li> <p>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</p> </li> <li><p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p> </li> <li><p>Confidence with technology, CRM systems, and multi-tasking across platforms</p> </li> <li><p>High energy, outgoing personality, and a results-driven mindset</p> </li> <li><p>Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment</p> </li> <li><p>Dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented</p></li></ul><br> <p> </p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who We Are:</b></h3> <p> Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine is proud to be a top-performing Toyota dealership in the Southeast region (SET), retailing over 5,000 vehicles annually.
