We’re looking for a <b>Customer Service/Case Processor</b> to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring smooth case handling from start to finish.</p><p>In this role, you’ll be the friendly, professional voice of our company—responding to calls and emails, keeping customers informed, and helping resolve issues with care and efficiency. You’ll also collaborate with team members, track progress, and contribute to a positive customer experience every step of the way.</p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li>Answer phone calls and emails promptly, ensuring customers always feel heard and supported.</li><li>Log detailed notes into company software and maintain accurate customer records.</li><li>Make daily inbound and outbound calls to provide updates and gather information.</li><li>Update billing information and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.</li><li>Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and share feedback to improve processes.</li><li>Support teammates and step in when extra help is needed.</li><li>Work toward personal and team goals that enhance customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><p><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li>Ability to work on-site (this is not a remote position).</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Comfortable using computers and company software.</li><li>Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and de-escalate issues professionally.</li><li>Willingness to sit for extended periods of time.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>Previous customer service experience.</li><li>Sales experience.</li><li>Bilingual skills (a plus, not required).</li></ul><p><b>Why Join Us?</b></p><p>This is more than just a customer service role—it’s a chance to make a real impact.
