You&rsquo;ll also collaborate with team members, track progress, and contribute to a positive customer experience every step of the way.</p><p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p><ul><li>Answer phone calls and emails promptly, ensuring customers always feel heard and supported.</li><li>Log detailed notes into company software and maintain accurate customer records.</li><li>Make daily inbound and outbound calls to provide updates and gather information.</li><li>Update billing information and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.</li><li>Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and share feedback to improve processes.</li><li>Support teammates and step in when extra help is needed.</li><li>Work toward personal and team goals that enhance customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p><p><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li>Ability to work on-site (this is not a remote position).</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Comfortable using computers and company software.</li><li>Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and de-escalate issues professionally.</li><li>Willingness to sit for extended periods of time.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>Previous customer service experience.</li><li>Sales experience.</li><li>Bilingual skills (a plus, not required).</li></ul><p><b>Why Join Us?</b></p><p>This is more than just a customer service role&mdash;it&rsquo;s a chance to make a real impact.
