If you're someone who loves working independently but also thrives on being part of a team, this role might be your perfect match.</p><p>About the Role: Client Services Advisor (Client Success Partner)</p><p>As a Client Services Advisor, you&rsquo;ll serve as the primary point of contact for a group of EMS and ambulance clients. You&rsquo;ll provide day-to-day support, help navigate complex billing questions, and work across teams to ensure client satisfaction and account health.</p><p>This role is foundational to our department&rsquo;s rebuilding efforts. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who&rsquo;s ready to jump in, help shape processes, and be part of something that&rsquo;s being built with intention and purpose.
