<div><p><b>Member Services Representative - Ashton, Idaho</b></p> <p> Fall River Rural Electric Cooperative is seeking a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our Ashton, Idaho office. In this front-line role you will be a primary point of contact for our members, greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and helping members with account setup, billing inquiries, payments, and general service requests. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and committed to delivering excellent member service while maintaining accurate and confidential records.</p> <p><b> Key responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Provide courteous in-person and telephone assistance to members with account questions, billing issues, service requests, and routine inquiries.</li> <li>Maintain accurate member account information, process payments and deposits, and ensure receipts and transactions are recorded properly.</li> <li>Assist with work orders, paperwork related to new service connections, disconnects/reconnects, and other member documentation.</li> <li>Support billing functions, reconcile payments and reports, and escalate complex account problems to supervisors as needed.</li> <li>Promote cooperative programs, payment options, and energy efficiency resources to members, and refer members to appropriate departments when necessary.</li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li> <li>Customer service, billing, or office experience preferred.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and solid organizational abilities.</li> <li>Ability to maintain the confidentiality of member information and handle sensitive matters professionally.</li> <li>Proficiency with basic computer functions and office software; experience with billing software is a plus.</li> <li>Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.</li> </ul> <p>We offer a stable, community-focused work environment with competitive compensation and a full benefits package.
