<p>Industrial Repair Service is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. <i><b>This is not a remote working position.</b></i></p><p><b>Responsibilities Include:</b></p><ul><li>High volume of outbound calls for approval of sales orders (approximately 100 per day)</li><li>Communicating with customers regarding orders</li><li>Create and send RMAs/Packing slips to customers as needed</li><li>Distributing reports to the Inside Sales Team</li></ul><p><b>The Ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits:</b></p><ul><li>Enthusiasm</li><li>Organization</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Detail Oriented</li><li>Quick learner</li><li>Punctual</li><li>Good computer and phone skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><p>Preferred applicant lives within a 25-mile radius of Cumming, GA.
