This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and client service expertise while working in a fast-paced, engaging environment. *Responsibilities* * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions. * Assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and processing orders or returns with enthusiasm. * Engage in outbound calling efforts to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings to existing clients. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry tools and CRM systems to ensure seamless service continuity. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. * Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products or services. * Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. *Experience* * Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus. * Bilingual abilities are highly valued, especially fluency in English along with additional languages to serve a broader client base. * Strong computer skills including proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office applications and general data entry tasks. * Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively across multiple channels while maintaining professionalism. * Experience with customer service software, CRM systems, or analysis tools will be advantageous. * Knowledge of sales techniques and client services strategies can enhance your success in this role. * Prior experience in handling cash transactions or working within a fast-paced environment will set you apart.
