<p></p><p><b>Position Responsibilities</b>
</p></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.</p>
</li><li><p>Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery to our customers.</p>
</li><li><p>Be a product expert to understand customers' needs and provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service.</p>
</li><li><p>Review and edit customer artwork for their custom orders to ensure it is production ready.</p>
</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b>
</p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree <b>preferred.</b>
</p></li><li><p>2+ years of relevant customer service experience.</p>
</li><li><p>Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop <b>preferred.</b>
